The Taiwan Education Center was moved to the Office by the R&D Department on August 1, 103, and is responsible for promoting Southeast Asian enrollment, academic education exchanges and Chinese language teaching. Among them, the “Taiwan Education Center of Hanoi” established in Vietnam is the core work. This program is a subsidy program for the Ministry of Education. The school started to develop the Chinese language education market in Vietnam from the Republic of China in 1996. In the Republic of China in 1999, it established the “Vietnam Taiwan Education Information Center” in cooperation with the Foreign Languages ​​University of Hanoi National University. In the Republic of China, the Ministry of Education once again received the subsidy from the Ministry of Education, and immediately established the "Taiwan Education Center-Hanoi" in August of the Republic of China in cooperation with the Humanities University of the National University of Hanoi. As of March of the Republic of China, the center held the "Vietnam Taiwan Higher Education Exhibition" every year in Vietnam. It was attended by 210 representatives from various universities in China.      Focus on Southeast Asia: Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, the Center will bring Chinese language teaching and academic exchanges to Southeast Asia through programs, projects, activities, etc., and guide students from Southeast Asian countries to enter the school (such as exchange Livelihood painting, short-term study abroad, degree study abroad).
